Regime Watcher & Calvarius
At the heart of boTTero lies the Regime Watcher — a two-layer market analysis engine that classifies the current market condition (BULL, RECOVERY, CHOP, BEAR) by combining daily macro structure with 4-hour momentum signals. Based on the detected regime, the bot automatically selects the most suitable strategy preset.
Calvarius is the reference strategy built on top of this system: four optimized presets — each tuned for a specific market regime and timeframe (1m / 5m / 15m) — backtested on years of real OHLC data from Kraken. Calvarius is not a fixed strategy; it adapts to the market cycle.
